At Raakenar, we specialize in custom-printed products. Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, all sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.

However, returns and refunds are available in certain cases, such as delivery issues, damaged or defective products. If your order doesn’t arrive on time, is damaged, or has a production error (wrong design, size, or quality), you can request a replacement or a partial refund (up to 90% of your payment). Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or refund.

We do not support refunds or reshipments in cases of wrong shipping addresses, unclaimed shipments, or canceled orders in production (a 60% fee applies for cancellations). Custom designs cannot be altered after submission, and we are not responsible for errors in the original design.

For EU consumers, returns are not allowed for personalized or sealed items due to health and safety regulations.

If you need to cancel an order, it must be done before production begins (within 24 hours), or it will be considered final, read our Refund Policy
